Shipping policy

Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out the following week. Orders typically ship within 3 business days. However, delays may rarely occur for reasons such as holidays, credit card verification, etc.

For guaranteed arrival times, please purchase one of the upgraded shipping options such as the Express shipping. Standard shipping times cannot be fully guaranteed.

Overnight, Priority and Express shipping methods are not available for U.S. Territories and certain locations in Alaska and Hawaii and will take longer to arrive.

Express Shipping:

Express shipping requires a signature upon delivery and if no one is available at your delivery location, they will leave a note indicating that you have missed the delivery and when to expect the next delivery. We do not have control on the time that the courier attempts delivery. The customer is responsible to contact the courier once they have missed the first attempt ensuring that they are available for the next delivery attempt based on what works best for them. The tracking also indicates where the item is located and the day it was getting delivered as well as how the customer could make arrangements with the courier and could give approval to leave the package at the door.

Please Note:

Once your package is with the courier, we no longer have control over it. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

 

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that the carrier delivered your package, but you have not received it, you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim.

 

We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).

 

Treslush does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as delivered.
